Last year we teamed up with W Hotels to launch an ambitious project aimed at championing the artists, DJs and creative leaders of tomorrow. So far with FUTURE RISING, we’ve hosted seven events across two continents and we’ve connected over 20 rising stars with music fans around the world.
Today that ambition continues with FUTURE RISING Volume 1, a compilation of eight tracks by some of the most talented emerging artists from London, Moscow, Istanbul and more. The compilation is available now on all major music streaming websites.

Volume 1 features the likes of London-based alternative hip-hop duo S4U, whose debut release ‘Brazil EP’ captured the attention of Pharrell Williams, Phil Taggart and Huw Stevens. Representing The Netherlands, Jengi Beats and Jeftuz are two of the most promising artists to emerge from a country famous for producing underground talent.
Barcelona-based producer and Mad Decent alumni, Alizzz, also features on the compilation with his track ‘Better Than You (feat. Promnite)’. The rising star is making a name for himself around the world with his pop-influenced future RnB sounds.
The compilation also features the jazzy sounds of Istanbul’s Kerem Akdag, classically-trained pianist and Moscow local Phil Gerus, and the new track from Kuala Lumpur-based producer, Cee, titled ‘Everyday (feat. Vendetta)’.
