We can now reveal the most popular uploaders under the Beats & Bass category. This can include anything from hip hop to dancehall to grime to drum n bass. We present to you Mixcloud’s Best of 2015: Beats & Bass.

1. Red Bull Thre3style
The best place to listen back to the Red Bull Thre3style championships. The Red Bull Thre3style concept is a DJ contest that continues to be a night of dance-floor mayhem. Each selected DJ gets a 15 minute slot where they can play whatever they like, as long as they include at least three styles or genres of music during that time. The genres don’t matter, provided the DJ can make them work together. 2015 was it’s sixth year and the ante was upped, with challenges taking place in more than 20 different countries around the globe. Each country had a series of qualifiers and a national final to determine the Red Bull Thre3style champion for that country. The champions from around the world then went on to compete at the final in Tokyo, Japan in September.
2. DJ Russke
A new addition to the Mixcloud massive this year and he’s smashing it! Hailing from Birmingham, DJ Russke is a 23 year old Multi Genre DJ. His reputation as one of the world’s top independent producers; travelling the globe, performing and collaborating with established and developing talents that cross continents, languages and cultures, is well deserved.
