EMERGENCE: Tue 22 April, 7- 12pm, Village Underground

Mixcloud and Village Underground present Emergence, the launch party for Convergence. We’re very pleased to announce three exciting and varied acts who have pushed the electronic loop to extraordinary lengths:

Hannah Peel writes music for late night epiphanies with intimate, acoustic songs that take their root in electronic music but are much more hand-spun.

Sculpture‘s Dan Hayhurst makes media devices and electronic instruments as well as music and is possibly best known for the 7inch zoetrope records made with Reuben Sutherland. Sculpture’s performance is sure to be an audio-visual treat.

Three Trapped Tigers the sensationally rhythmic live band who refuse to be contained by musical genres and count Brian Eno among their devoted fans.
