Andi Durrant on Mixcloud

We’re delighted to announce a great tech partnership with new London-based service Just Go Music. This new integration between the two services gives all you great Cloudcasters some powerful new upload features, including upload scheduling. Andi Durrant has been using the service to upload to his Mixcloud profile, including his latest Capital FM radio shows.

On the back of our partnership we caught up with the guys to talk a little about their service and its integration with Mixcloud.

How does your site work?

Our social platform is built for both artists and fans. We have a number of tools to help DJs and curators connect with fans instantly, while fans can use the service to receive updates from their favourite DJs and curators.

How does the integration work?

We have a tool called ‘Power Uploader’ which is a quick solution for DJs and curators to get their DJ sets and radio shows on Mixcloud easily.

How will it benefit our Cloudcaster community?

By scheduling their uploads to Mixcloud your Cloudcasters can create a consistent flow of new radio shows and new mixes at any given time. Cloudcasters can also schedule and post text and links to Facebook and Twitter at once.

How Capital FM’s Andi Durrant used JustGo Music to build his Mixcloud audience

Capital FM’s Andi Durrant has been using the site’s Power Uploader to schedule the uploading of all his weekly shows to Mixcloud, along with scheduling tweets and Facebooks posts to coincide with the shows going out.

“It has ensured a steady stream of new content and has been a great way for me to get my stuff up on Mixcloud. Using Just Go Music I’ve put my last six weekly radio shows onto Mixcloud, something which has definitely help me build my following on Mixcloud’s site.”

With the aid of JustGoMusic’s convenient service our community of Cloudcasters and DJs have an alternative way to build upon their Mixcloud following, which can only be a good thing! So we’re really excited to have JGM on board. Nice one guys, here’s to the future of Cloudcasting.
