Below is a template you can use for DJ contests on Mixcloud. Simply enter the required information inside the [square brackets] and remove any terms which are not relevant to your contest:

Terms and Conditions for the [enter contest name]

– The deadline for entries is [enter closing time and date of contest]

– Entrants must be between [enter age range] on the date the competition opens for entries.

– This contest is only open to entrants currently living in [enter list of countries].

– Mixes must be unique and exclusive to this contest.

– Mixes must include the ‘[enter name of contest]’ artwork. Any alteration to the artwork will result in the mix not being considered.

– Mixes must be no longer than [enter maximum length of mix].

– Mixes must be tagged with [enter contest tag here]. If you fail to tag the mix correctly your entry may be missed.

– Mixes must be titled “[enter name of contest] – Your Name”

– To be considered for judging, mixes must gain a minimum of [enter number of plays]. Any attempt to falsify play counts will result in disqualification.

– Travellers must also organise their own visa if required.

– Travellers are responsible for their own travel insurance.

– You must be contactable within 48hrs of the closing date to be notified if you win. If you are not we will be obliged to choose another winner.
